Do I need to be tech-savvy to benefit from this course?

Not at all! While we do cover some digital productivity tools, our approach is tool-agnostic, focusing on principles and systems that can be implemented with or without technology. Many participants use paper-based systems or simple digital tools, while others prefer more advanced technological solutions. We help you find the right balance that works for your personal preferences and technical comfort level.

I've tried productivity systems before and they didn't stick. How is this different?

Many productivity approaches fail because they offer one-size-fits-all solutions or rely heavily on willpower and motivation. Our course is different in several key ways: we help you understand your unique productivity patterns and obstacles, we emphasize creating systems rather than relying on discipline, we address the psychological aspects of productivity (like procrastination), and we provide ongoing support and accountability. Most importantly, we help you develop a personalized approach that aligns with your natural tendencies rather than fighting against them.

Will this course help me if I have ADHD or attention challenges?

Many of our participants with ADHD or attention challenges have found our approach particularly helpful because we focus on working with your natural tendencies rather than against them. We cover strategies specifically designed for varying attention styles, like body doubling, time blocking, environment design, and interest-based productivity systems. That said, while our course can provide valuable tools and systems, it's not a replacement for appropriate medical treatment or therapy if needed. Many participants find that combining our strategies with their existing treatment plan creates a powerful synergy.

I'm incredibly busy - how much time will the implementation take?

We designed this course specifically for busy people! While we recommend setting aside about 30-45 minutes per week for implementation activities beyond the 2-hour sessions, many of the strategies we teach are designed to save you time almost immediately. We focus on high-leverage activities that give you the biggest return on your time investment. Many participants report that by Week 2, they're already saving more time than they're investing in the course. We also provide strategies for integrating practice into your existing routines rather than adding more to your plate.
