All course fees are listed in Euros (€) and must be paid in full before gaining access to the course materials, unless a payment plan has been explicitly arranged. We accept payment through the payment methods specified on our website.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for our online courses. If you are unsatisfied with your course purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the date of purchase by contacting us through our website. For in-person courses, refund requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the course start date. Refunds may be subject to an administrative fee.

Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any course due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

Intellectual Property

Ownership

All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website and in our courses, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, are owned by Elysian Mindscape or our content providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to:

If, notwithstanding the other provisions of these Terms, Elysian Mindscape is found to be liable to you for any damage or loss which arises out of or is in any way connected with your use of our Services, Elysian Mindscape's liability shall in no event exceed the greater of (1) the total of any fees paid by you to Elysian Mindscape in the six months prior to the action giving rise to the liability, or (2) €100.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elysian Mindscape, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use our Services, any user content posted by you, your violation of any terms of these Terms or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cyprus.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Severability
